Please note that Triangle Transit charges a $1.00 shipping and handling fee per transaction. Our Customer Service Representatives will receive immediate notice of your purchase. All passes will be mailed within 1 business day of the transaction. Business days are Monday - Friday. See hours below.
Please note: If you purchase your pass(es) using an eCheck, then Triangle Transit will not ship your pass(es) until the eCheck has cleared, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
